Outline: Hammer crusher is the most efficient and the most commonly used new crushing equipment at present. Working principle: After being put into the input, the ore is beaten to crushed firstly by the rotor, then the high-speed flying ore is crushed secondly by striking on the lining board, at last the ore is crushed into small particle and discharged from screen plate or output. Compared with other companies’, we have enlarged the gauge diameter to strength crushing ability and prolong the using time of the lining board. Recently we improve the cover of the crusher so the materials cannot bounce out and stick on the gauge and the worker can operate safely near the machine. On the base of traditional design concept, we upgrade the technology of the hammer crusher and develop a new generation of adjustable and non-screen-bed crusher. The new crusher is suitable for many different types of work requirements. The characteristic hydraulic adjustment system makes it possible to adjust at any time and remotely and to need not stopping run. It ensures stable discharging fineness and improves the productivity.
