According to the specific production flow of customers and drawings as well as the specifications provided, we can supply graphite molds of different standard grades so as to meet customers' requirements. Our graphite molds produced through horizontal continuous casting and graphite molds, graphite guide molds as well as graphite flat molds produced through up-drawing casting and used by oxygen-free copper pipes & poles, are all made of isostatic pressing graphite with high quality and high purity. The wall thickness of round molds is at least 5mm and the thickness of sheet and strip molds is at least 10mm so as to prolong the service life of graphite molds and ensure their mechanical strength. During casting, the humidity of graphite molds can form steam to increase tension, thus affecting the whole system, including hot metals, graphite molds and metal chillers. As suggested, before the casting, the graphite molds should be heated for 12 hours at 450°C or heated for 24 hours at 390°C for better usage. Possessed with coating technology, our graphite molds have a service life prolonged by two to three times, and take the leading place in the industry. In addition, according to the current market demand and production requirements, our company has promoted professional nitrogen filling technology of graphite crystallizing machines, which can not only prolong the service life of graphite crystallizing machines but efficiently improve the smoothness of copper billet surface as well as efficient production time by filling a small amount of nitrogen. Through the technology reform, graphite molds have longer service life, smooth ingot surface and usage time increased by two to three times. In this way, the pipe breaking and air hole and such problems can be solved, thus saving the production costs of manufacturers.
