Surface scattering coating glass beads is coated a layer of silicon oil evenly on surface of glass beads. After coated, the glass beads has advantages of abrasion resistance, anti-settlement and moisture resistance and so on, all of them can improve the service performance of glass beads, especially suitable for rainy, foggy or wet area. Due to its floatability in paint, there will be the largest surface area on surface of marking, further improve its utilization ratio by over 30%. B. Inside mixing glass beads It is mainly used for producing cold marking paint with bone materials and thermoplastic marking paint, is mixed into paint to ensure marking having long-term reflective ability within marking’s lifetime.C. Big granular glass beads specail for water based paint. It is mainly used for meeting reflective requirements in rainy day and night. Because water based paint has strong adhesive ability to glass beads, so our company specially produce big granular coating glass beads for water-based paint. Main technical parameters: 1.
