Gypsum Powder Machine1.Process briefly: Large-sized gypsum ore with diameter 500mm will be crushed into small particles which are smaller than 200mm. After being broken once again, 5-30mm sized particles were controlled by the electric vibrating feeder and then carried into the grinding mill to be ground. The well-ground gypsum powder goes into furnace in fluid bed to be calcined. The well-calcined gypsum powder is sent into the material house to get ready for gypsum board production. 2.System structure: According to the technological requirements, the production line includes four parts, which are broken part, grinding part, boiling furnace and part of the transport part of storage. Features of system structure: Advanced technology, stable production process and widely used in domestic gypsum board production lines. Good quality equipment, easy to expand and over-fulfill production, easy maintenance and low cost. Sealing tightly, well dust--proof, no dust pollution. Fully integrated and automatically operating system, fewer workers and lower labor intensity. 3.Electrical control system: Electrical control system currently uses advanced DCS (Distributed Control System). PLC selects Japan's Mitsubishi Q series PLC and CC-LINK field bus, scattered in different parts of the equipment control.
