Tempered glass door&building glass 1)Manufacture process:Tempered glass is heat-glass processed by heating annealed glass to the softening point and then quenching it by uniform blast of air evenly to both surface.The tempered glass is subjected to a special heat-treatment of about 680 degree and afterwards cooled .If it is cooled rapidly, the glass is up to 4 times stronger than before.2)Feature:When it gets broken it chatters into many small fragments which will not lead to major injuries.3)USE:It can be used in the constructions, automobile, train, ship, furniture, automatic door, escalator, microwave oven, refrigerator, etc.
