tyre retreading machine Use Instructions to Rubber Cement MixerRubber cement mixer is used to prepare the rubber cement used for rubber lamination of rubber products. This machine is reasonable in structure, simple in operations and reliable in safety and long in service life. 1Technical parameters Total capacity of mixing tank: 90L Mixing capacity per time: 25—50L mixing shaft speed: 125r/min Power:1.5KW Structure and working principle 2 The mixer is made up of mixing tank, mixing wing, transmission devices, and motor etc. After the rubber materials and solvents are put inside in a proportion, start the motor to drive the mixing shaft and mixing wing to operate at homogeneous speed through transmission device so as to mix the materials and solvents in the form of turning and then prepare homogeneous rubber cement. 3 Commissioning of mixer The motor should be inspected in terms of insulation and then connected to power supply before commissioning of mixer. Check each connecting bolts are properly tightened. Check the moving parts could move normally by starting the machine; after confirmation, start the motor to idle for 10-15 mins to confirm there is no any abnormal event including sound, temperature and vibration. Etc. After idle running is normal, put a proper quantity of materials into the tank to perform commissioning with load for the time up to 6 hrs and under the supervision of commissioning personnel in order to ensure relevant safety. Dispose of the problems existing in commissioning and maintain records for them. 4 Precautions The mixer is always used with inflammable and explosive goods. Therefore, the safety regulations and operating regulations must be strictly followed to ensure production safety. The mixer must be positioned away from inflammable and explosive goods or shops or warehouse etc. Smoke or fire is forbidden in the working are of mixer to ensure no kindling is generated, avoiding fire accidents. No metal articles are put into the mixing tank to prevent generation of sparks causing safety accidents. The mixing wing shall not be reversed; otherwise it may affect the mixing effect. The materials should flow from center to tank bottom and then go upward along the tank wall to form vortex.
