Overview HA8100 Series Gas Detector has been designed and manufactured on the basis of advanced international sensor techniques to continuously detect the combustible gas, oxygen and toxic gas in industrial hazardous area. New generation HA8100 Series Gas Detector adopts the advanced MCU, reliable circuit design, total digitalization, and concentrated intelligentized operation mode. Therefore, it can record calibration information and setup the parameter. HA8100 Series Gas Detector possesses standard 4 20mA signal interface, HABUS interface in accordance with MODBUS RTU protocol and RS485 bus interface in accordance with MODBUS RTU protocol. It can be connected with standard gas alarm controller, control room DCS system or addressable controller PLC. Its alarm relay can directly drive relative alarm and interlocking equipment and its housing is IP66 explosion-proof cast aluminum or stainless steel. Functions & Features Displaying gas concentration value and environmental temperature on the scene: Large-scale OLED screen, real-time displaying scene concentration value, gas type, unit, temperature, and etc; 4 separated indictors can directly show the situation of operation, fault, and alarm degree. Compared to LCD screen, OLED screen possesses such features as low temperature resistance, high brightness, and rapid response. In addition, OLED screen has super wide angle, so you can see it clear even you are on the side. Grade 2 alarm: high and low alarm relay grade 2 alarm shall be setup individually, and respectively controls their own relays and links outer sound and light alarm or other equipments. Multiple telecommunication mode: industrial standard 4 20mA signal interface, besides, RS485 bus interface and HABUS three-wire telecommunication interface, MODBUS protocol, connects with HA8100 controller or a third-party digital interface facility. Non-contact Chinese menu, you can calibrate without the cover opening on site, and it’s safe and convenient.
