Easy installation : No need inbuilt track , it can walk directly on the smooth cement floor. If the distance between your door and the floor is 60mm to 250mm , you can choose a resilient flooring ,which can increase the gap , don’t need to dig the ground , just installed in the bolt position of the swing-door . 3. When the door is closed , the opener can lock the door automatically , no need separate lock . 4. Stop when coming across an obstacle : When car or people act on the door , the remote control box can make the exact judge and stop automatically . 5. When it connect with the infrared photocell protection switch , the following fuctions can be achieved : Close the door automatically : when the door is open , the cars go through it several seconds later (you can choose to open the two single-leaf door together or open one single-leaf delayed ) , the door will be closed automatically . After 3 minutes , if the infrared photocell protection switch doesn’t detect any signal , door will be automatically closed . Make reverse movement when meeting resistance : if coming across cars or people going through the door by closing the doors, then the doors should stop and make the reverse movement till the full opening . 6. Open in order : When one single-leaf door have edging on the other , we can choose open the edging door first , and just opposite when closing the door . 7. Single opened ( it is also appropriate for only one leaf door ) : For the side to side door , you can choose any one single-leaf door as individual control ( single open ) . 8. Door working angle : Set freely from 0 to 180 degree . 9.
