Garage door is one of the series automatic doors developed by our company and Northern Jiaotong University, which combines the advantages of automatic garage doors in European and American countries. It adopts double-layer light checkered color steel plate of plate type as door plate with polyurethane foam material inside. It has the features of gentle color, graceful style, solidity, beautiful appearance, duration, flame retardant, heat insulation and sealing. The garage door has been included in National Drawings on Standard Design of Building 03J611-4 as the reference for standard design. Features: Tight structure and high strength;Smooth, safe and reliable running of door;The surface of door plate is pressed with imitated wooden pattern that is graceful and grade;The door plate is processed with UV-resistant technology, which can bear the test of bad climate;There are special sealing devices on the left, right, upper and lower parts of the door, which can ensure the sealing effect of the door after closing;The infrared protection device will make the door automatically rebound to complete opening status when there are people for passing or confronting other barriers during the falling process;The garage door has remote control, switch on wall, manual control and other control methods;The garage door can be controlled independently by opening, stop and closing buttons;The door will stop running automatically when confronting barrier and return to complete opening position (strength is adjustable);The lighting lamp will be on automatically when the door opens and closes and will go out after the delay of 1 minute;The garage door will automatically stop fully after the delay of 1 minute when it’s forgotten to be closed (optional function);The garage door can be opened manually when power off or in fault;The door plate of garage door is hydroformed with high-strength A3 steel plate. The color is processed with spraying to automobile texture, which can be customized in accordance with client’s requirements.Structural principle: 1. Main structure Door: composed of door plate, hinge and guide rail.Track: composed of vertical track, bending device and horizontal track.Balance device: composed of supporting seat axis, rebound cover, line hub and wire rope.Drive device of door operator.2. Principle The door keeps balance through spring torsion and the weight of door. The motor with small power mainly overcomes the friction during opening and closing to drive the door to move upward with turning along the guide rail on the wall.
