FS-IIItype has a faster drying rate, but also Shell excellent performance, therefore more suitable for the use of precision casting industry. But it cant be used with latex because of its special capability. Packing & Storage Colloidal silica is packed in 25kg, 250kg or 1000kgplastic drums. Store the colloidal silica at a temperature between 0 and 50, avoid exposure to the air, and insulate it from the sun. Wash the empty drums as quickly as possible to avoid SiO2 crystalline deposits. If you want to remove the deposition from empty drums, use a 10-percent NaOH solution at 50 60.
