Bottle Cleaning Machine Working Principle: After the tray with bottles is pushed into bottle overturning hopper, overturning tray cylinder will work after pressing the button to deliver the tray to ultrasonic generator water tank (make use of cavitating function of ultrasonic).At the same time lower spraying pin plate cylinder will start to work to drive the spraying pin into bottles that have been cleaned (that are cleaned last time), three-water three-steam cleaning will be carried out after signal is received by magnetic switch in front of turning cylinder. After being finished, overturning cylinder and lower spraying pin plate will restore, pushing cylinder will push the tray onto bottle outlet tray after magnetic switch at the end of overturning cylinder catches the signal. At the same time, pushing tray will restore itself after receiving the signal from magnetic switch at front of pushing cylinder. Then the whole process will be over after the oriented cylinder draws back.
