Working Principle of Exway Ball Mill: Ball Milliscomposed of feeding part, discharging part,turning part anddriving part(decelerator, smalldriving gear, electric motor and electrical control). Ball Millis a horizontal rotating device transmittedby the outer gear. Itgrinds material by rotating a cylinder withsteel grinding balls, causing the balls to fall back into the cylinder and onto the material to be ground. The materials are transferred to the grinding chamber through the quill shaft uniformly. There are ladder liner and different specifications of steel balls in the chamber.The centrifugal force caused by rotation of barrel brings the steel balls to a certain height and impact and grind the materials. The ground materials are discharged through the discharging board thus the grinding process is finished. After grinded coarsely in the first warehouse, the material then enters into the second warehouse for regrinding with the steel ball and scaleboard. In the end, the powder is discharged by output material board and the end products are completed.
