Product Introduction ES-02 Single-Component Acrylate Elastic Waterproof Coating is a kind of resin-category single-component waterproof coating formed with acrylate emulsion as main material, together with quality auxiliary agents and fillers. Product Features ·Suitable for construction of relatively damp and complicated base surface; ·Excellent weather-resistance, heat-resistance and UV-resistance; ·Cold construction, easy operation; can prepare different colors, with water-resistance, for decoration and repair projects. ·Liquid construction, warm house solidification, easy operation, short construction period; can add color to prepare color coating. ·Coating film is of high strength, toughness, high adhesive force, good extension, with strong adaptability to base layer crack and deformation. ·Excellent UV-resistance, good for building energy-saving, protective layer not necessary. Application Range ·Suitable for damp or dry concrete, metal, fiber tile, board, brick, stone, asphalt, polyurethane, SBS, APP and such base surface for direct construction. ·Suitable for old and new buildings for waterproofing treatment of roof, basement, interior and exterior wall, bathroom, windowsill and pond, etc. ·Underground engineering, tunnel, bridge, reservoir, etc. ·Sealing of expansion joint, dividing joint, drain gully, wall liner tube and so on. Base Surface Treatment The base surface should be flat, clean, firm impermeable, without water, with uneven area and cracks leveled, and with inside corner(s) treated to be arc. Construction Method ·Apply with rubber scraper or roller, for 2-3 times in general. Apply evenly with no skip coating, and do not apply a new layer be the previous layer dries. If a protective layer is needed,please spread coarse sand on the surface before the second layer solidifies, and make the protective layer after drying of the coating. ·Do apply evenly, with no local sedimentation, and avoid sagging at vertical or oblique face. ·Before solidification of the coating, please protect it, and do not tread on it or pile heavy matters or sharp matters on it. Packaging specification 5kg/Bottle, 20kg/Barrel, 50kg/Barrel Notes ·Construction work should not be done under 5°C or in rainy day. ·Before application, the emulsion should be mixed up. If the emulsion is too high in viscocity, you may dilute it with proper amount of water; ·Five days after completion of waterproofing layer, do water storage test if possible. Generally 24-hour water storagewithout eakage is qualified; ·During shipping, please avoid sun exposure, cold exposure, rain, collision and squeezing, and please keep the package in perfect condition. ·The product should be stored indoor with temperature not lower than 0°C, and avoid direction sunlight.
