electromagnetic vibrating feeder vibration feeder widely used in mining, metallurgy, coal mining, light industry, chemical industry, electricity, machinery, food and other industries.It is used to Continuous transport the massive, granular and powdery materials from the storage silos or funnel to the material input equipment.Vibrating feeder can feed block or granule materials from the material storage to charging device evenly and continuously. It can realize even feeding for crushers in sandstone production line and make rough screening for materials. Widely applied in combined operation of crushing and screening in the industries like metallurgy, mine, mine selection, building materials, chemicals, etc.Working Principle of vibrating feeder: Vibrating Feeder is mainly used to feed material into the primary crusher homogeneously and continuously. Meanwhile, it can screen material; making the crusher more powerful. In both cases the unit is provided with mild steel liners on the pan and sides of the tray, with coil spring mounting assembly on each corner. Vibrating screens are designed to make separation / filtration of crushed material from fine dust to oversize. The screen frame, a bolted & welded steel structure, accommodates the screen mesh and the drive unit. The screen is designed by the assembly of an eccentric shaft, made out of alloy steel and two no. of heavy duty double spherical bearings with dust and water tight seals, for efficient operation and low maintenance. The angle of the throw screening action is adjusted with such design that it provides the same vibration to all parts of the screen in order to obtain proper filtration/ screening of crushed material of different sizes simultaneously while separating oversized product.
