Manual-running state: Place all the switch inside the controller box in the middle position, then place the switch of compressor, fan to "MANUAL" status independently in order to control the compressor and fan manually. Stop-running state: The middle position of all the switch is "STOP" state. Connect the power, load and pressure wire according to wiring diagram. Inspection of phase sequence: Manually start up the compressor or the fan to observe whether the rotating directs of them are correct or not; Adjust the power input wire or the load connecting wire if the directions are incorrect Parameter setting and adjusting: Place the alternation switch on the Electric Control Box's door under "stop" status, then close the switches both inside and outside the box Set up parameter of Temperature Controller (See MTC-5080 Instructions) Adjustment of integrated protector of Electric machine 1. Manual control of compressor and fan. Working indicator light on after the Electric machine normally works 2. Slowly counterclockwise rotate the current's regulating knob on the right until the overload indicator light on, then clockwise rotate a bit until the indicator light flashes every 60 seconds 3. Base on the load status to adjust the left time-lapse regulating knob until it reaches the proper position(Longer time-lapse is better) 4. Restart the electric machine, the alarming indicator light should be off after the Electric machine normally works. Manually overload the Electric machine until the alarming indicator light on Process of adjustment over 5. If not to connect the load, the protector will be dealt with as open-phase because the current can not get back-flow. Place the alternation switch on the Electric Control Box's door under "auto" or "manual" status after all the steps have been done. The apparatus will work according to the set values. Auto working status: Set the upper switch on the Electric Control Box's door on 'Auto" place and the down switch on the underside on "Manual" place. Manually working status: Set the upper switch on the Electric Control Box's door on 'Manual" place, manually control of compressor and fan with the switch on the underside. Under manually working status, the temperature will display the current temperature of the cold storage, but unavailable to take part in function controlling.
