The compression resistance of glass surface is increased with ion exchange of float glass surface; both chemical and physical toughening of glass improve glass intensity and achieve special glass meeting specific fire resistance ratings. Product Features High strength: with the same thickness, it's strength is 6-132 times to that of float glass, and 1.5-3 times to that of tempered glass. High fire-resistance: it will not crack under the condition of 1000'C flame, and stop effectivel flame and smog from spreading, hence allow sufficient time for the work of emergency rescue and disaster relief. High transmittance: it will not occur ivory-white and bubbles in the irradiation of ultraviolet radiation for long time, and can last transmission for long time like common glass. Processable: it can be processed as laminated glss, sealed insulating glass, coating glass, arc glass, poing-supported curtain wall glass. It also can act as indoor fireproofing partitions and escape exits. Applicaiton Scope Apply widely to top grade tower blocks. For example the guesthouses, hotels, marketplaces, libraries, museums, business center mansions, as well aw to fireproofing certain walls, fireproofing doors/windows and firproofing alleyways of public places. Fireproofing glass can be classified as A, B, C types by flame-resistant performance A type: can meet the requirements both of fireproofing integrality and heat insulation. B type: can meet the requirements both of firproofing integrality and thermal radiation intensity. C type: can meet the requirements of fireproofing integrality. The above 3 types glass can be further classified as grade I, II, III, IV against by flame-resistant level.
