DVL-106C rfid readerMainfunction Introduction ofrfid reader(1) Orientation Identification ofrfid reader The DVL-106CRFID Antenna adopts the infrared and radio frequency synchronous communication technology. Only in the infrared scanning scope can the 60 degree infrared signal exchange with the internal code (card number). At present, this technology is the only one that can solve the strict direction orientation.(2)Adjustment of the reading distance ofrfid reader The DVL-106CRFID Antenna can stably identify 15 meters and the signal can penetrate into the cars’ anti-explosion metal film. In order to achieve 3-15 meters identification, theDVL-106CRFID Antenna can be adjusted according to the actual needs when installed.(3)Dormancy to Save Electricity ofrfid readerThe electronic card ofDVL-106CRFID Antenna used with theRFID adopts the latest dormant activation. There is no energy consumption whentheRFID tagis standby. When the RFID tag enters the infrared scanning area of our UHF RFID reader,theRFID tagwill be activated and turn on the power automatically to send the internal code (card number) to ourRFID Antenna. WhentheRFID tagleaves the area, ourRFID tag will turn off the power and become dormancy. Therefore, it greatly extends the card’s battery life.(4) Zero-interference ofrfid reader (Machine Code Validation Technology) Every DVL-106CRFID Antenna has its own machine code. It sends out 60 degree infrared signal and its machine code simultaneously. After waken up by the infrared scanning signal, theRFID tagwill send its number and the machine code. When theRFID Antenna receives theRFID tag number and the machine code, it will check the number firstly. If the RFID tag number matches with theRFID Antenna,theRFID Antenna is effective and if not, it will be deleted automatically.RFID Antenna needs to set up different machine codes while manyRFID Antenna are used at the same time in order to solve the interference of cars in the vicinage lanes or the following cars and many other issues.(5) Reading Styles ofrfid readerRFID Antenna has two kinds of reading styles: Reading by loop detector and automatic reading. The factory default of ourRFID Antenna is the latter one (automatic card reader). If you want to change it, please refer to the introduction ofRFID Antenna(6)Uploading TagNumber Alternately ofrfid reader TheRFID Antenna can read tags’ number continually. The time interval ofRFID Antenna can be set up freely so as to prevent uploading too fast to cause death to the system controller. The factory’s default ofRFID Antenna is two seconds at one time.(7)Working Mode ofrfid readerRFID Antenna has automatic mode and manual mode. The automatic mode ofRFID Antenna applies to the open-air car parking management system. In the underground car parking lot, please set theRFID Antenna to the manual mode and adjust the signal’s strengthuntil theRFID Antenna can read directionally, because infrared signal may be reflected in the closed space which can cause non-directional card reading.(8) Automatic adjustment of the signal’s strengthofrfid readerTheRFID Antenna uses environmental sensor technology. In the automatic mode signal theRFID Antennacan be adjusted automatically according to the changes of environment so as to ensure theRFID Antenna works in the most stable state(9)Multiple Interface Output ofrfid reader ThisRFID Antenna has four kinds of interface output: Wiegand26,Wiegand34,Active 485,Passive485,which can be set according to the requirements.(10) Self-detection of the signal interference ofrfid reader ThisRFID Antenna can detect the signal interference automatically. WhenRFID Antennadetects the same radio frequency, the high frequency of power or other interference, the blue LED of rfid reader will blink. It needs people to eliminate the sources of interference if they affect the communication between theRFID Antenna and therfid active tag.
