The product flows in the inside of the tubes and the cooling/heating medium flows on the outside of the tubes in counterflow with the product.The insert tubes can easily be removed from the outer shell for inspection of the medium side and cleaning the outside of the tubes.In connection of a process pipe system,the insides of tubes are a closed container,It can stand a high pressure.TXH tubular heat exchanger are in sanitary design .A set of O-ring closed the cooling /heating medium between the shell and the outside of the insert tubes.The material of the outer shell can be alternated with AISI316L under customer’s requestion.Features* The outer shell and the insert tubes was separated design,the insert tubes can be easily removed from outer shell for maintenance.
