The raw materials tank is equipped with 120L-250L (A1 A2B three components) raw materials transportation pipe, cycling heat preservations by heat guiding layer. The raw materials tank adopts heat guiding oil jacket and PU hard foam is poured into jacket for double heat preservation to make the material temperature be stable without freezing, and the heat preservation is equal, low power consumption for automatic constant temperature. The production line consists of 10m 60 stations and 25m 82 stations machine pallets. Each pallet can contain 1 pair of shoe molds (500mm2 x 600mm2)for transportation. Adopt pouring steel to manufacture. Good anti-abrasive performance heat cycling, which is manufactured by isolated heat preservation layer .Electric heating, oil heating and double use of electric and oil heating mechanisms are available. The heat quantity for slow or fast temperature rising is equal with good heat preservation performance. Heat quantity of automatic constant temperature is enough with rapid temperature rising. Machine has no clamping force. Moulds are opened and closed manually by hand.
