B is the cistern(or water tower)'s lowest water level control point,when water drop below B point,the probe out of touch with water,the controller open the pump ,the upper cistern begain to store water. C is the upper and down cistern(or water tower)'s ground line,against the bottom upper and down cistern(or water tower). If do not need to drainage,E do not need to connect. D is the down cistern's lowest water level control point,when wate level drop below D point,the probe touch with water,the controller shutdown the pump the cistern stop to drainage. E is the down cistern's top control point,when water reached E point,the probe touch with water,the controller open the pump,the cistern begain to drainage.
