Debris Filter

Debris Filter: 1.Installation: it is correct for inlet/outlet direction, the blowoff pipe (type DN300) should be arranged beside the inlet and actuator be arranged beside the outlet, details please see the outline drawing. 2.Operation principle: when working original water flow into it pass through inlet, after being filtrated by strainer, clean water flow out from outlet and waste thing were filtrated on the inlet strainer surface. Open the blowoff valve (type DN300) when discharging, debris filter actuator rotate (forward) and drive discharging box to scrape and return flush off the waste things on the surface of the strainer, the waste things discharge from the blowoff hole. 3.Running style: discharging style of this debris filter has two styles: one is auto style (DCS diff. press. control) and the other is manual style. Manual style is a single operation of site control cabinet. Detail operation orders see control cabinet manual. Set value of diff. press. switch is 4.5Kpa. Time control is set one time per three hrs according to CW water quality, discharging for three minutes. Discharging automatically debris filter when start up CW every time, because the pipe waste things increase suddenly and block up inside of the debris filter here, and increase diff. pressure. 4.Maintenance: a)Examine diff. press. switch and fore-and-aft press meter interface of debris filter termly for fear that the meter is inaccurate and diff. press. control unsuccessfully as being blocked. b)Examine control system termly, settle faults found in time for fear that occur block or stop working of debris filter as not discharging. c)When control system faults organize operators to open blowoff valve and turn the actuator to discharge by manual. 5.Examine and repair: open manhole fore-and-aft of debris filter and clean away the waste thing inside, examine the strainer core and worm wheel/worm as well as driving section if has been damaged or need to be changed for every big or small repair, sealing piece need to be changed one time every big repair commonly. 6.Maintain electrics according to control cabinet manual and blowoff valve manual.
