It is designed on the basis of motor self-synchronization principle and through the adoption of the modern design theory. CQ-2 series Shale Shaker uses high quality vibrating motors. Its advantages include reasonable and compact structure, stable operation, longer term fault free running, reliable performance and low maintenance, etc. The operational parameters are well chosen. It is very suitable for drilling fluid separation. Furthermore, the screens are interchangeable with US DERRICK products. CQ-2 Series Shale Shaker is designed based on motor self-synchronization principle and with our professional experience on shakers developing and manufacturing. This shaker adopts vibration motors of either MARTIN products made in China and the screens and wearing parts can be interchanged with DERRICK products. 2. The vibration motors perform reliably with long period fault-free operation. The exciting force is adjustable. However, it has been adjusted perfectly before ex-factory and is unnecessary to be re-adjusted by customers. 3. Either plate or crimped screens can be installed into the box and three screens can be assembled so as to make full use of the service life of each one. According to the properties of drilling fluid, screens of 40 210 meshes can be chosen in practice. 4. Transverse tension bolts are used to fasten the screens. On the right side there are position blocks. When installing the screens, it should be to tighten the right side firstly and then the left side utlizing the special wrench especially provided. 5. The tilting angle of the screen box can be adjusted at will in the range of -1°to 7°. The adjustment is carried out smoothly by the hydraulic mechanism and both sides of the screen box can be properly adjusted and balanced. 6. The surfaces of the shale shaker are shot peening treated and coated with heavy anticorrosive paint which is widely used for oil & gas drilling equipments. Therefore perfect corrosion resistance is guaranteed.
