I. Brief Introduction of the Product A. Function and Usage It is one of the equipment in the welding production line for manufacturing of H-steel, T-steel and other special-shaped steel. Its mainly used in submerged arc welding of equi-section and vari-section of H-beam and automatic welding of similar structural components. The 4 continuous fillet welding seams in the flat position of H-beam are welded on automatic production line of H-beam by this equipment. A production line shall be equipped with 4 sets of multi-process submerged arc welding machines of H-beam type SKBH generally. The 4 machines are respectively placed on both sides of conveying rollers. The welding machines travel on the tracks paralleled with conveying rollers, and carry out the submerged arc welding to the H-beam which has been turned over 45° by hydraulic turnover machine. B. Structure and Composition A. Description Its mainly consists of running mechanism, cantilever, welding head, flux spreading and retrieving system, welding seam tracking system, CNC system and wire feeder. When working, move the running system of the machine along direction X to the designative welding zone, the up-and-down of the cantilever in direction Z is driven by the leading screw, the horizontal moving in direction Y is realized by means of sliding plate track, and fine adjust the head holder to meet plumb direction movement and reach to the working position for welding. When the first welding seam is welded, the workpiece will be shifted forward for the next process by rollers and turnover mechanism. 1. Tracks consist of tracks and track adjusting part. Large contact area, smooth and stable moving, easy adjustment, easy cleaning and convenient maintenance feature the tracks. 2. Moving device consists of the moving device, axle, wheels, decelerator and step-by-step motor, it can guarantee the welding speed and can return rapidly. 3. Section steel structure is adopted with the column, which is high in strength. 4. Rectangle track is adopted with beam, and the leading screw drives it moving up and down without vibration. 5. The submerged arc welding machine is placed on the moving device, so the weight is added in this way and it not only can make the stable traveling of the moving device but also can be convenient for the manual operation. 6. 1000A automatic submerged arc welding machine is provided. Control Cabinet The control cabinet is a matched device for the assembling production line of H-beam, and the remote control is available. 130BC3100 step-by-step motor for driving is equipped on the welding machine, it drives the beam moving. The head is adopted with step-by-step motor for driving the vertical up-and-down of the head to control the weld height. A 2.2kw flux retrieving device, a 110BF003 motor for the beam moving up and down and a 110BF003 motor for the beam moving left and right are available. Automatic submerged arc welder may be used, which possesses independent system. The forward and backward rotation and automatic control functions are available with the motors mentioned above. All of the elements are imported or produced by joint-venture enterprises, which are good in quality and reliable in operation. C. Electrical Control Function 1. Working power supply is 3 phrases, AC380 ± 10%. The power supply for CNC system is AC220V, the power supply for control system is DC5V, DC12V, the working power supply is AC 80V, the power of the complete machine is no more than 6kw and other equipments power is not included. 2. The up-and-down travel of the welding head is between 0 800mm, the motor is controlled by manual switch, and the welding head can be moved up and down freely by remote control. 3. Welding speed is 0.15 3m/min. and the positioning speed is 0.1 6m/min. They may be set by the computer before the operation. And the acceleration and deceleration may be used during the operation. 4. Water-proof and dust-proof keyboard, man-machine contact for indicating of operation, rich functions of software and convenient operation feature it. 5. Input mode: Touch keys input and disk input which are tracking displayed on the screen.
