Some of sheep Haemonchus contortus has drug tolerancefor this products. It could expel dogs’ Hookworms effective, but has no affection for nits inside of the body. This productsalso could prevent or reduce the infection of common Strongylusof horses. Also, it has 100% killing effects for sheep bots in 1. 2. 3 periods, has good killing effects for cattle bots in 3 periods. Its mechanism of Insect-Resistant is enforcing the mitochondria penetrability of the parasites, uncoupling effects on oxidative phosphorylation, then killing the parasites. Pharmacokinetics: The peak values of drugs in blood reached after oral medication if the cattle and sheep. Associative property of Closantel and Plasma protein in sheep is very high ( above 99%), hence the half-life could be 14.5 days. The drug was mainly drained by dejection(80%), less than 0.5% was drained by stale.
