New design circuit can light up within 0.5 second when the electric supply failed. Work under the normal status, patent self-ballast energy saving lamp is electronic ballast design, perfectly integrated with the light tube. T5 inside T10, the outside tube can protect the explosive and the water, energy saving up to 60%. New design circuit with the starter and ballast supporting can light up within 0.5 second once the electric supply failed. The ballast are saving the energy when normal status, once the electric supply failed, the starter would start-up the ballast to keep the light work on. The light up time depend on the emergency fixture battery energy.
