Brief IntroductionThe miniature color video camera integrated in the video IR3 infrared flame detector can not only help the user to determine the monitoring zone of the instrument in order to guarantee an optimal mounting position, but also carry out interconversion between the real-time transmission mode and the alarm start transmission mode. The detector adopts three infrared sensors sensitive to the infrared rays to detect the fire infrared radiation wavelength in a specific range. The programmable algorithm is adopted to check the proportion and correlation of the data received by the three sensors. A unique built-in microprocessor can ensure a very high immunity from false alarm. The detector is widely applicable to detection of flame of petrol, kerosene, diesel oil, aero oil, hydraulic oil and hydrocarbons like ethene, polyethylene, natural gas, commercial fuel gas, liquefied petroleum gas, methane, ethane, propane, etc. with the range of detection reaching 45m.
