Mix equality universal mid-coating the bh-0506a and bh-1006a mid-coating curing agent according to the ratio of 4:1 . Aging 20 minutes (room temperature), adjust viscosity with bh-1506a mid-coating thinner or bh-1502a finish thinner for 15 18 seconds (coat 4 # bh-1502a cup, 25 °C), spray the first filling mid-coating, 1-2 hours (completely surface drying), scrape thin gray to leveling, wet rub with 300 400 # sandpaper, spray the second filling mid-coating after drying , after 1to2 hours spray the directed layer (nitrocellulose lacquer: tianna water= 1:10) water rub with 600 mesh sandpaper and then scrape red gray water rub to dry.uniformly spray the third time mid-coating paintto close, after that lightly water rub with the 800-mesh sandpaper than come into finish construction.Notice:1. Should used mid-coating or finish thinner to clean tools.2. Sould allocate paint according amount of usage each time, the paint allocated into curing agent should be run out of in time (at 25 °C can use 4 5 hours), or will thicken scrapped.3. In the process of allocating paint and coating , is strictly prohibited to contact water, oil, acids, alkalis, alcohols, amines,etc, in order to avoid appearing adverse consequences.4. Generally dry conditions: room temperature (15 °C above) for more than 16 hours, bake for 40min at 60 °C.5. Since the date of production,effective storage period is one year.
