Pulping system Pulper, 2M3,22kw; vibration screen, 0.9,3kw; consistency controller;mixer; pulp pump;water pump,control cabinet for pulping system,etc. 2. Forming system Consist of 8pcs of forming platens and 1 pc of transfering platen. Platen size: 1450 x 470mm. 4pcs of 30-cell egg tray molds can be mounted on each forming platen(4pcs/cycle).There are 32pcs of forming molds and 4pcs of transfering molds in total. Forming efficiency:13-15cycles/min;equiped with vacuum auto drain system, preheating system, auto cleaning system for the forming mold and auto control cabinet. 3.
