IntroductionAuto lay-up& break-down system is to automatically lay up the copper foil and the glass fabric cloth or the inner layer and the prepreg as a process of making a "sandwich", and follow to load the sandwich into a thermal laminator for lamination and automatically separate the prepreg and copper clad laminate or circuit board, and then send the prepreg back to the clean room for its circulating usage system. Innovative design patented to have the bright side of both top and bottom corresponded with each other in association with an acting manner of simultaneous feeding, cutting and assembling, this system is able to reduce the chances for the bright side of copper foil and the prepreg to be contaminated from the environment largely and substantially increase the yield rate of finished board. 2. Equipped with a lifting mechanism driven by "ball screw rod + servo"for the auto lay-up suck-to-hang lifter, smooth acceleration and deceleration for up & down travel, accuracy positioning, the opportunity of contamination caused by the air turbulence inside the clean room is reduced. 3. Applied the servo mechanism and tension control devices to feed the copper foil, able to cut the release film, no appearance of scratch mark and folding mark and free of particulate contamination during the conveying process. 4. The fixture is lined with engineering plastics to its contact surface with the glass fabric cloth to avoid the scratch and pit & dent. 5. Lay-up lifer is characterized with the functions of left & right calibration and compression to align the carrier and the mounted dust-collecting opening around its periphery (total air volume for dust collection: 15 25CMM is recommended).
