High Efficiency Antifoaming Agent JL-TH Brief IntroductionThis biologically inert product is prepared with modified polysilicone, nontoxic emulsifier, dispersing agent and stabilizer by using special technique. The product kills the foams rapidly and inhibits the foams durably at low application level. And it is high efficient, non-toxic, non-corrosive and of no adverse effect. It is easily dispersible in water, compatible with liquid product and does not break emulsion producing floating oil, so it is suitable for killing foams in overflow dyeing. Additionally, it does not produce silicone spot on dyed fabrics as silicone based defoaming agent does. Properties Appearance: White Liquid Composite Modified silicon compound Ionic Nature: Nonionic pH 7-9 Product Uses Used for antifoaming in dyeing and printing processes, no foam is produced above 85 Suitable for normal-temperature-normal-pressure overflow dyeing machine. Used as foaming inhibitor added into soap, latex, cleansing agents and metal-drawing lubricants. Suggested Application Level Suggested amount for reference0.3-0.3g/l. The specific amount to use can be decided according to practical condition. Package and Storage The product is packed in 50KG/125KG plastic drums, negotiation is needed to meet special requirements. The product has a shelf life of 12months when stored in cool and ventilative place and protected from freezing and sunlight.
