Aluminium Plastic Composite Panel Production Line We WILL PROVIDE TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR ALL LIFE TIME WITH OVER 18 YEARS EXPERIENCES.1.Usage:This line is specially used to make the aliuminium-plastic composite panel; 2.The kind of panel is for the interior and exterior wall decoration; 3.Production description : the effective width of the finished product is 1220mm to 1580mm and the thickness is 1.0mm to 5.0mm ,and the thickness of the aluminium sheet applicably is 0.04-0.5 mm; 4.Out put :The maximium output is 550kg/h.. Extruding Unite: 1.The screw and barrel are made of 38CrMoALA nitrided steel of high quality ,and nitide hardning ,The screw 's flight land is wearing -resistant as it is coated with alloy of 2mm . 2. Adopted the vented-type screw with bigger ratio of the screw length to diameter R (L/D35:1),and with barrier-tye mixing section,whichensures the melting effect of the materials. 3.The gear reducer is maufactured according to the standard of ZBJ19004 -8.The gear ,which is processed by carbon case hardening and grinding running precise,stong,wear-resistant and stable . 4.Equipped with water circulating vaccuum pump,to extract forcibly the water vapor which is produced during the material melting ,making the PE board smooth,with no bulble. 5.Equipped with double -station plate-type change secreen ,the screen can be changed quickly by hydraulic units without stop the running machine .The imourity in the plastic can be filtered effectively . 6.The main DC motor is using Britain-style speed governor to adjust the speed . 7There are flexible restriction rods in the T-die in order to adjusti the gap of the mouldlip as so to meet with requirment of the thickness.
