HKE type lead fume purification tower ismainlyused for lead fume pollution controlin the processes of lead smelting, plate casting and lead weldingduring battery manufacturing. 1.First-stage treatment:The dusty air enters the spiral entrance passage, bigger granules are removed by primary cyclone being thrown to the bottom water tank. 2.Second-stage treatment: The dusty airflow goes through the linear slots amongst angle barriers contacting with the counter waterflow down through the slots. The airflow counter to the waterflow reduces the waterflow acceleration and ensures its full contact with the continuous downward waterflow. 3.Third-stage treatment: The dusty airflow goes across the cyclone trays and begins rotating inside the tower.Thus the droplets with lead dust contained in the airflow are thrown to the tower wall under centrifugal force being separated. Likewise,the airflow goes across the second cyclone trays which are counter to the first one and then across the third cyclone trays which are counter to the second one. 4.Forth-stage treatment: The airflow goes through the turbulence of fillings sprayed by water. And the turbulence airflow and waterflow enter the fillings and undertake full contact with each other. Then the waterflow with dust contained flow to the recycle water tank. 5.Fifth-stage treatment:The airflow goes through the cokes to make the droplets absorbed.The remained roplets are removed by the cyclone trays above the cokes and then the clean air is discharged into the atmosphere. The sprayed water flows back to the recycle water tank. It can be recycled after the dust and impurities contained deposit to the bottom of the tank and being discharged artificially.
