Product Description TIONES TM 6041A is a water-soluble redispersible polymer powder based on copolymer of pure acrylate. It's free of any solvents. 2. Properties TIONES TM 6041A is high flexible with very low TG range. It provides pre-mixed mortar with the following advantages: Outstanding water resistance Improves flexibility Improves workability Excellent weatherability and durability Prominent heat resistance Reduces elastic modulus 4. Dosage and Handling TIONES TM 6041A is added to other powdery components to obtain the mixed homogenous formulation. The dosage should be more than 1.5% of dry material depending on actual application and desired performance. Final required dosage should be evaluated by testing prior to actual application. 5. Storage TIONES TM 6041A should be stored in a cool, dry place. To prevent moisture penetration, the opened bags should be sealed again as soon as possible. On account of thermoplasticity of the redispersible polymer powder, bags should not be stacked higher than one pallet.
