The powder ratio of powder: water is 1:1 by weight to fully dissolve in water, until no solid matter in the presence of liquid. The optimal water temperature is 20°C to 30°C. Then add flour and the hardeners (1.5% to 3% of the powder). The use of curing agent decided by the ambient temperature and the pot life. The modulation of the glue can immediately gelatinize.2. Curing agent should be added according to the pot life of the production process. If the production environment temperature is 30°C, the amount of curing agent is 2%of the resin powder. And it’s pot life is 4 hours3. In order to avoid waste, the mixed adhesive should be changed according to the temperature and pot life. It is suggested using an electric blender if the mixed adhesive is large.4. Manual adhesive glue can be used knives, glue brush; a large area of glue-coating can be used laminator. It should be noted whether the surface is flat and smooth or not before sizing adhesive. Single-faced coating adhesive volume in general is 150-160g/square.5. Do not change the Production process provisions of the original glue content and pre-press, hot press parameters. Note UF-2043 is moisture absorbent and quickly becomes knotted losing effect and fluidity. It is usually packed in moisture-proof bags. Bags with remaining powders should be resealed after use. Storage This product is sealed in the original packaging, and stored in a comfortable temperature, dry place, do not put in direct sunlight or wet places. Safety precautions According to the basic operation of the chemical products, the powder can be safe use. Should work under conditions of good ventilation and avoid inhalation of dust or direct contact with the skin. Before meals and after operation, clean with soap and water.
