It should have 10cm distances from the other objects. The backside should be 20cm away from the wall. Notices when moving the electric fryer: if it is put on a shelf or a table for using, to avoid any possible accidents, you can move the fryer only after the oil temperature drops and safety measures have been taken to prevent the fryer from falling off. b.The voltage of power should be the same as nameplate of the fryer. The difference of voltage cannot be beyond +10%. c.You should install power switch, fuse and breaker for the fryer. The objects cannot be put around the switch. d.The earthing wire (the yellow and green wire) leading out with the power wire should be connected with the reliable earthing wire by cooper bolt. e.The connection terminals are set in the backside of the griddle. The copper wires not less than 2.5mm2 can be used for the connection with earth. . f.Before operation, you should check the electronics and power and earthing. g.YCW type wearing oil yellow and green wire is chosen for the replacement of the electric wire. The section area is as per 8-10A/mm2. h.Qualified electrician should do the electricity connection and installation. i.The fryer has the heat breaker protection device. When the thermostat dose not work or is damaged, the oil temperature cannot be controlled; the temperature increases. When the oil temperature is over the temperature limitation (230°C),the heat breaker will cut off the power automatically for protection. If you want to recover the power, you only need to press the red button in the back of electric cabinet. If fail to reset,you should check if the oil temperature still keeps above 230°C and reset again when the oil temperature is lower. j.This equipment is not equipped to be used by unwell, unresponsive or mentally disturbed people, including children, unless under the guidance or help of persons who are responsible for their security.
