Description: Model 1914/1994 torque transducers are made from alloy steel (1914) or stainless steel (1994) and sealed to IP 65 protection grade for torque measurement applications. Based on BCM advanced metal foil strain gauge technology, the sensing elements of these 1914/1994 torque transducer_sensor 19-series torque transducers are BCM strain gauges. These strain gauges form a Wheatstone bridge to sensing the deformation of the torque transducers, the deformation results from two torques which act around the axis on contrary directions. So the 1914/1994 torque transducer is operated the bottom the transducer is fixed as stationary part, while the top cylinder as motion part which intend to have torsion shift corresponding to the stationary part. Therefore these torque transducers are served as calibrating instrument of torque wrench, torsion measurement of shaft or concerned torque measurement. BCM 1914/1994 torque transducers can be used to measure the torques ranging from 10 200 N.m, and possess higher accuracy up to 0.2%fso. The output signal is Wheatstone bridge output voltage (mV/V). For connecting of both the output signal and electric excitation of the bridge, 4-wire electrical cable is fixed at side of middle part of transducer.
