With the rising of the temperature of the glass ,the glass will be heated mainly by heat radiation. Strong low-temperature hot-air convection heating cycle can heat glass rapidly, particularly effective for LOW-E glass. At the second stage, the glass is heated mainly by thermal radiation with Tamglass patent convection systems, through the vertical rows of compressed air pipe, the heat transfer to the glass surface, furthermore, Tamglass developed the automatic temperature control system. According to the type of glass, the computer adjust the temperature automatically in accordance with the default values and parameters to ensure rapid and accurate heating. In addition, ProE CCSTM dual-stage forced convection heating tempering furnace equipped with quality monitoring system (OPS) and other advanced system that guarantee the quality of tempered glass effectively.
