The tempered glass is a kind of high-strength safety glass made from ordinary flat glass. In the production process, glass sheet is heated to reach its softening point, and then quenched swiftly with the cold wind. If the thickness is same, the tempered glass has a bending strength 3-4 times of that of the ordinary glass and 5 times higher in anti-impact strength. Our products accord with China Standard GB15763.2 (Part Two, Safety Glass for Architecture Application: Tempered Glass) and GB1741 (Tempered and Heat-Strengthened Glass for Curtain Wall Application). The upmost advantage of tempered glass rests with its safety. When broken, it will fractures into many small obtuse particles appearing like a honeycomb pattern to minimize the hurt to the people. With the rising of the temperature of the glass ,the glass will be heated mainly by heat radiation. Strong low-temperature hot-air convection heating cycle can heat glass rapidly, particularly effective for LOW-E glass. At the second stage, the glass is heated mainly by thermal radiation with Tamglass patent convection systems, through the vertical rows of compressed air pipe, the heat transfer to the glass surface, furthermore, Tamglass developed the automatic temperature control system. According to the type of glass, the computer adjust the temperature automatically in accordance with the default values and parameters to ensure rapid and accurate heating. In addition, ProE CCSTM dual-stage forced convection heating tempering furnace equipped with quality monitoring system (OPS) and other advanced system that guarantee the quality of tempered glass effectively.
