Wenzhou POJAL Electric Co.,Ltd. CM1MCCB (hereinafter referred to as Breakers ) are one of novel breakers designed and developed with internationally advanced technique. They have rated isolation voltage of 690V applicable in circuits with AC 50Hz, rated working voltage up to400V, DC (up to 520V) and rated working current up to 800A as infrequent conversion and motor infrequent starting. Breakers are provided with devices to protect circuits and power units from damage caused by overload, short circuit or under voltage. Breakers maybe classified into four categories according to its rated ultimate short circuit breaking capacity (Icu) as common-voltage type, low-voltage type, medium-voltage type and high-voltage type. These breakers feature small size, high breaking capability, short flashover (zero flashover for partial specifications) and anti-vibration. They are ideal products applied in land and vessels.These breakers can either be vertically or horizontally installed.These breakers are in conformity with the standards as follows: IEC60947-1 and GB/T14048.1 General Provisions IEC60947-2 and GB/T14048.2 Low-voltage breaker IEC60947-4 and GB/T14048.4 Contactor and motor starter IEC60947-5.1 and GB/T14048.5 Electromechanical control circuit devices Categories: It may fall into two poles(100A, 225A), three poles and four poles(PJM1-800, four poles not available) according to number of poles of the product. The neutral pole(N-pole) in four-pole product may fall into four type: A type: N-pole is not mounted with overcurrent release component and constantly connected, not closed or open with other three poles at the same time; B type: N-pole is not mounted with overcurrent release component and always closed and open with other three poles at the same time (N-pole will be closed first and then opened); C type: N-pole is mounted with overcurrent release component and always closed and open with other three poles; D type: N-pole is mounted with overcurrent release component and constantly connected, not closed or open with other three poles at the same time. According to rated current (A), it may fall into as follows: PJM1-63, nine classes including (6), 10, 16, 20, 25, 32, 40, 50 and 63A (Specification of 6A has no overload protection); PJM1-100, ten classes including (10), 16, 20, 25, 32, 40, 50, 63, 80 and 100A; PJM1-160, four classes including 100, 125, 140 and 160; PJM1-225, seven classes including 100, 125, 140,160, 180, 200, and 225A; PJM1-400, five classes including 225, 250, 315 and 400A; PJM1-630, three classes including 400, 500, and 630A; PJM1-800, three classes including 630, 700, and 800A. [The specification with () are the one not recommended.] According to wiring methods, it may fall into three types, namely wiring in front of the board, wiring at the back of the board and inserted wiring. According to overcurrent release types, it may fall into two types, namely hot-starting electromagnetic (duplex) and electromagnetic (instantaneous). Application and maintenance: Various characteristics and accessories of the breaker have been fixed by the manufacturer and shall not be arbitrarily adjusted in use. The breaker handle may be placed at three positions, respectively marking with three states of closed, open and release. When the handle is placed in release position, it shall be pulled backward to enable the breaker to buckle then close. The manufacturer will be responsible for free replacement and repair in case of damage or failure due to defect within 18 months since the delivery date under the condition that the user maintenances and uses the product as required and the seal of breaker is sound.
