Vertical Drying Machine (patent) introduction:Advantages: Our plant designs vertial drying system, which takes advantages of few land occupation. less cost, no abrasion and free of maintenance. The equipment becoms more partical and general, so it is an ideal machine for the medium and small-size production lines. Application: This type of machine can be used in the drying and dehydration of briquette coal, fine coke coal and black nonferrous metals. It has dramatic effect on the drying of briquettes used for coking and gas generation and direct smelting in chemical lines.Structure: The structures constitute of fan, drying fumance and charging and diacharging.The hot air is induced through the hot pipe into the gap of the briquettes, and then the water in the coal is discharged in the exchangeof the hot air and the coal fines. The briquettes slide from top to down because of gravity, where it will reach 2% of the water content.
