Wear-proof The self-lubricating bearing is a kind of high-performance solid lubricating product which has the base of high-strength bronze and the inlaid solid lubricants of graphite or MoS2.It extends the limits for ordinary bearings, which rely on oil film for lubrication. While in service, the solid lubricant rubs against the shaft via frictional heat, helping form the excellent condition of co-existence of oil and powder, so as to keep the shaft free of abrasion, and sustain the properties of solid lubrication. Its hardness is twice as high as that of the copper sleeve, so is its wear-proof property.
