USE and Working Principle 1.Our roaster is mainly used in food processing industry to reduce the moisture , dry and bake the sesame,beans,nutlet and nut fruits.It takes the tubular electric heating element as heat source,using the rotating rolling cage,heat conduction,heat radiation principles. 2.The machine has automatic temprature controlling device,taking the hot air as the drying medium,in the baking process,the product in the cage is boosted continously by the propelment to get constant and even heating,by this way the product’s baking quality is garanteed efficiently. 3.The distinct tiltable structure makes the maximum use of the rotary drum to increase the productivity and effective space.When feeding,could set it tilt upward,in this way to accommodate more materials;when discharging,set it tilt downward to clean out the baked materialsfaster, avoiding storing the burnt materials.
