LE2171 Vibration Switch is a vibration sensor controlled by a precision weighted block (also known as Weight).It used to measure the units strong vibration. When EUT has a strong vibration, the switch is activated in order to stop the machine being monitored. With weights installed in the switch trigger spring, you can block by adjusting the weights to adjust the position sensitivity switch 1.Performance profile. 1) The micro-switches within the sensor is activated by a strong vibration ,causing the change of contact state of the relay point. 2) When the micro switch is activated, the state of the two groups relays within the vibration switch have the following changes: NO (13/14) from the disconnect to the closure, NC (21/22) from the closed to the disconnect.
