YMD series pulse dust collectors are mainly featured in that the submerged straight-way pulse valve is employed, diameter of the blowpipe is increased and a nozzle is used for replacement of the traditional spray hole to reduce the blowing pressure. During operation, dusty air gets into the dust hopper through the air inlet,where it is filtered and cleaned before being led to the outlet through the cleaning chamber and then exhausted by the fan. Dust cleaning can be performed on a timed basis or automatically according to the resistance condition. 1, The blowing pressure is applicable where the source pressure is relatively low. 2, A flexible connection is provided between the blowpipe and the air manifold for convenience in replacing the filter bag. 3, State of dust cleaning: On-line cleaning.
