The working principle is form grinding, that means the profile of the grinding wheel should be dressed as same as that of the gear space before starting the grinding operation. The integration of deep-cutting creep feed profile grinding method results in high machining accuracy, efficiency, reliability, stability, automaticity, broad applicability of the machine, as well as diversified objects of manufacture and flexible profile dressing.Structure Feature: This gear form grinding machine features high grinding power, perfect accuracy and high working stability. In order to meet the high accuracy and rigidity requirements of the machine motions and supporting, hydrostatic guide-ways are utilized on all loaded axes (radial feed axis of column X axis, moving axis of column carriage Z axis, rotation axis of circular table C axis), which avoid the slow creeping of the linear rolling guide-ways, improve the positioning accuracy (especially the accuracy of dynamic motion of the machine), and guarantee the working accuracy of the machine. The acoustic emission (AE) function of the dynamic balancing system of the grinding wheel can realize the online monitoring of the grinding process and dressing process, as well as the control of air grinding and anti-collision. Hydrostatic system with constant-flow is available on the machine. The principle of the constant-flow type hydrostatic means no matter the load varies within the allowed load range, the hydrostatic pump station will supply constant-flow hydrostatic oil to each cavity. In order to ensure the steady operation of the hydrostatic system, the hydrostatic oil for each guide-way is filtered in two steps for guaranteeing the cleanliness. The hydraulic oil tank is equipped with a thermostatic control system for heating and cooling. This hydrostatic system characterizes easy regulation, low requirement on cleanliness of the hydrostatic oil and insensitivity to the change of oil temperature, which in turn improves the stability of the hydraulic system of the machine greatly. Other moving guide-ways of the machine are high precision needle roller type linear guide-ways which guarantee the high kinetic stiffness and accuracy. The inspection units for measuring feedback on all CNC axes are high precision optical grating with full closed-loop control. The CNC system of the machine is NUM Axium Power TNC (Total Numerical Control). The digital servo features higher accuracy, faster computing speed compared to the common simulation servo system. Most of all, the anti-interference capability is enhanced greatly. The utilization of the hydraulic backlash-elimination on the lead screw of the dresser not only guarantees the one-way load on the leas screw, but also makes the lead screws stable and insensitive to lead variation during moving process, and improves the stability and accuracy of the wheel dressing at the same time. The lead screw is designed with a small pitch which increases the speed of the motor, solves the problem of worse characterization of the motor at a lower speed, makes the motor rotate smoothly and improves the dressing accuracy of the dresser. The backlash eliminating unit of the circular table of the machine is in a structure of double gear + double worm wheel with and adjustable eliminating force. For the convenient measurement of the work-piece, an on-board measuring system is available on the machine. As for the software, the self-developed interface for parameter entry includes series program package concerning grinding computation, frequently-used date base of gear and on-board measurement.
