The optimal embedded depth: 500-700mm; the economical embedded depth: 680mm Standard condition: RDA working water depth of 5.5m, embedded depth of 680mm, rotating speed of 50rpm. Standard oxygenation in clear water per disk: 3.63kg 02/h.ds Oxygenation driving power per disk (counted by shaft power): 2.85kg 02/kw.h Driving force per disk: 139.4m3/ds (under the consition of standard testing and average velocity of 0.3m/s in the oxidation ditch). Applicable working water depth ≤6.5m Horizontal spindle span: singe≤10m, double≤14m, multiple≤20m Interval between disks ≤ 4ds/m, 2-3ds/m is recommended.Special Performance 1. The RDA disks are made of lightweight GFRP with high intensity, which has greatoperating efficiency and long operational life. 2. Deep plug flow depth along with strong mixing capacity meansliquor can be mixed sufficiently by maintaining apreset velocity. 3. The single disk has a great capacity for oxygenation and drives a long distance for the waterflow. As a result the number of units can be reduced accordingly. 4.
