APPLICATION:The machine provides automatic gas leak testing after sealing,for 36Ah-200Ah car batteries. OPERATION: the battery on the electric raceway reaches to the test position,it will be sensed by electric eye and located accurately.The test detector mold will automaticaaly go down to the position ,and blow into 1,3,5 holes of the battery to test leakage,then below into 2,4,6 holes to test leakage.If unqualified,the machine will give an alarm with light and sound,and push the unqualified one to branch raceway.If qualified,the battery will be delivered automatically to the next work position.
