Description of YX smoke chamber Smoke chamber allows to make automatically heat treatment of butcher products, such as reddening, cooking, smoking, roasting and baking. It is possible to use cold smoke technology in asmoke chambermodel equipped with chilling. Details are as followings: 1.High efficient air circulation system provides uniform air stream, temperature distribution and high-quality of drying, smoking and cooking in every place inside the chamber. 2.Designed with modular construction, the chambers can be manufactured in a tunnel version with trolleys in single row or double rows version. 3.The chambers can be fitted with a door from one side or both side as a passing version as required. 4.It is made ofhigh quality stainless steel.
