XGX high speed washer

Application: XGX series high speed washer can remove fine impurities such as ink particles and fillings in waste paper efficiently. It is widely used as the washer and thickener in deinking pulping process for ONP, used account book and MOW, etc.. Design features: High ash removal: above 90%; significant brightness has been achieved. High efficient dewatering: pulp consistency 0.8 1.2% at inlet, dewatered with centrifugal force of high speed spinning to consistency 10 15% at outlet depending on specific stock from waste paper. Compact structure and less space requirement, totally closed structure, cleanness and low noise, simple and easily for changing wire, no drop leg required.
