PROFILE WDQJ series automatic pressure injection and stiring submersible sewage pump are the newest products of our company by introducing high and new flow fluid technologies of German. It integrates the actual operational characteristics of domestic pump products. Our company has considered optimized design in hydraulic model, mechanical structure, sealing, cooling, protection and control, so the structural design is featured as distinct, tight, advanced and beautiful. Foreign advanced technologies features as high efficiency design, reliable operation and low cost have been adopted to manufacture pump drive motor. The motor is automatic water cooling type. In operation, the motor can ensure long-term operation exposed form the water surface completely which has avoided and solve the problem of only a small part exposure of domestic ordinary sewage pumps. Otherwise, it will lead to fatal problem of motor burns. Distinct pump design: tunnel blades enjoy the characteristics of high efficiency and no blockage. The passing diameter of maximum particles can reach 200mm. Advantages of the pump: once the pump is not in use, sewage will fill the sewage pond gradually and the sundries will accumulate at the bottom. As for the operation of ordinary submersible sewage pump, the sewage is drained but the sediment sundries can not be discharged. The sundries will deposit at the bottom of the water pond and become thicker and thicker which will affect the normal operation of the pump.So that, users must clean the sewage pond regularly to ensure the normal operation. And this will consume huge manpower and materials and affect peoples sanitation and healty. The WDQJY series automatic pressure injection and stiring submersible sewage pumps of our company have solved the above problem thoroughly. Such pumps have made use of the high pressure water injected by its suction and stiring head to form an eddy flow so that sediments are scattered, enter into the pump cavity with water and are discharged. This has completely prevented the sedimentation of dirt and sundries at the bottom and reached the objective of purification. FEATURES The tunnel blades are adopted in pumps; the pump folw tunnel is wede for solid matters; the fibers are not easy for winding and are most suitable to discharge sewage and dirt. Two end surfaces mechanical sealing is used in small-scale pumps and two single wind surface mechanical sealings of medium and large-sized pumps should be connected in series. The installation type is inner installation, the medium of which is not easy to leak, and it is easier for the mechanical sealing to be lubricated by oil in the oil room. The protection level of the motor reaches IP 68. No matter wxposed out of the water surface or submerged deep in the water, the motor can always maintain the swift water cooling status. The motor and bearing temperature will rise slowly which can make the use life of pump longer. The usage of pump and control system can perfectly realize the power-off protection in case of water leakage, automatic monitor and alarm of winding overheat, short circuit, overload and phase deficiency. The startup, stop, replacement and the minimum in-water depth of pumps can be controlled automaticlly and accurately. Pumps above 15Kw can realze auto pressure-reduced startup, Y- pressure reduced atartup, and electronic soft startup. The motor is connected with the pump to ensure tight structure, small volume and convenient hoisting. The pump can be directly placed in the sewage pond with no need of special pump room. This can save more than 40% costs. Auto coupling installation, hard pipe movable installation, soft pipe movable installation of pumps can be selected according to working conditions. Water cooling in the motor can ensure normal operation of the pump in the lowest position. Control system should be installed according to the actual demand to realize water leakage protection in the water pump oil room and motor cavity and also realize the motor coils and bearing overheat protection.
