The working principle of wet ball mill is the same as the normal ball mill. However, it has two obvious features as its media is water. Under the impact of centrifugal, big particles are thrown to the bottom and then are discharged, the small ones go up and bring out by overflow. The nozzle under the cyclone can be replaced, using different nozzle can adjust the ratio of the underflow and the overflow. The separative efficiency of the solid in the grout depend on the structure of the cyclone(cylinder diameter, entrance size, central tube diameter, etc.) and operate condition(speed of grout, solid granularity, etc.). When the solid granularity is fixed, improve the speed of the grout can increase the separative efficiency of the cyclone, so that we can gain thinner solid granularity.
